Available Services

Except accommodation, we offering some services to make your vacation much more comfortable and interesting. In Peljesac Channel are numerous interesting places that you can visit only by boat. Such places are numerous islets of Korcula archipelago, beach Saint Ivan etc. For washing your private clothes you can use our laundry service.

Boat service

Boat service is available in two types. First type is destination type; only thing you have to do is choose your destination, we will take you there and pick you up in appointed time, or according your call or SMS message. Second type is cruising type; you have to create you own cruising route, and we will drive you in accordance with this route. Destination type is recommended if you want to stay in one destination for a longer time, and cruising type is better if you want to visit more destinations. Some destinations and events that you can visit are listed below. Length of boat is 6.3 meters with cabin and hard top. With engine of 15 horse power boat reach maximal speed of 7.5 knots, while cruising speed is 6 knots.

Korcula - Historical town

As an idea for destination we can offer Korcula - famous, fortified town. If you are standing on one of our balconies, Korcula is straight ahead of you on distance of 1 NM (Nautical Mile = 1852 meters). By our boat you can be there for only 10 minutes. Korcula is museum for itself, but except towers and canons, in old city are also other historical monuments such as the Treasury of the Abbey, cathedral of Saint Marko, highest building in town, house - birthplace of Marco Polo, Rector's Pallace, museums etc. Korcula is also characterized by hotels, numerous shops, souvenir shops, galleries, restaurants, cafe bars and discotheques. Therefore, Korcula with its rich night life, we can recommend as all night destination.

Korcula - Moreska

The Moreska - a knightly ritual dance, has been performed in Korcula for four hundred years. It will take you to 15th century to the period of continuous wars in the Mediterranean performed in its most attractive form . It symbolizes the struggle between good and the evil. Dancers compete fiercely in a dance dangerous for experts to win princess; The Black King has captured Bula, the bride-to-be of the Red king, but she turns him down. After a dialogue between the kings and Bula, the Black king challenges his rival. The two armies clash in seven fencing figures and the Black king is defeated while Osman, the Red king wins his bride.

While in Korcula, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this unique dance.

Moreska is performing almost every summer evening.

Badija, other islets and Lumbarda

Eastern entrance in Peljesac channel is protected by numerous islets of Korcula archipelago: Badija, Vrnik, Majsan, Stupe, Sestrice etc. Most important of this islets is Badija where is located sports center, restaurant and monastery from 15 century. Except different sports and swimming You can enjoy in walk around island through road surrounded with pine-trees. Nudists can enjoy on beach on north part of island.  

Among the best known islets in archipelago are Vrnik with its two quarries and Majsan with prehistoric remains. Restaurant on islet Stupe or lighthouse on islet Sestrice also can be interesting. Other islets are mostly uninhabited, boasting lush vegetation and a crystal clear sea.

Further idea for destination lead us on the end of Korcula island - Lumbarda; picturesque settlement, where you can enjoy in one of four sandy beaches. Also there can be seen summer residences of former patrician families. Distance from our house to Badija is 2.2 NM, and to Lumbarda is 3.7 NM.

Hidden beaches on Peljesac

From Viganj to end of Peljesac (Rt. Osisac) coast is rocky and steep. Between rocks are hidden several pebble beaches; Saint Ivan, Oplovac and Mala Duba. Saint Ivan is chapel, beach and lighthouse on rocky horn. Chapel Saint Ivan is located 100 meters from road which lead from Viganj to Loviste. Beach has kind of access from chapel by narrow and steep road. Access to other beaches is possible only by boat.

Those are ideal destinations if you want to escape from crowd, and looking for some peace and silence. Only sounds You will hear here are songs of crickets, wavelets breaking on rocks and, sometimes, seagull shrieks. Also all of this beaches have own characteristics; Saint Ivan is surrounded with pine trees with source of spring water, cold even in really hot summer days, in Oplovac is rock with "walk in" hole in it and in Duba is small fisherman's house, property of ancient fishermen from Korcula Island. Distance from our house to Saint Ivan is 2.8 NM, to Oplovac is 3.9 NM and to Duba is 4.4 NM.

2. In case of bad weather forecast boat service will not be accepted.

3. In case of sudden storm, pick up time will be extended as long as weather don't calm down.

Washing of blankets and towels belonging to apartment is included in apartment price.
